Voices for Change, a diverse group of youth and adults, empowers young people to take action and create positive change in Howard County. Voices for Change works on issues that affect youth and is responsible for the annual county-wide Youth Summit. Students identify issues that they will be working on throughout the year with the support of adults from many youth serving organizations. All Howard County youth are encouraged to get involved.
