Student Membership Guideline
General Student Membership is limited to:
-
Howard County high school students (i.e. public, private, and/or home schools)
- Howard County 8th grade students (i.e. public, private, and/or home schools)
Any student in good standing with the high school or middle school will be eligible for general student membership.
Active membership is defined as follows: To be an active member, one must participate in at least sixty percent (60%) of total meetings throughout the year. Participation is defined as follows: one must be present for at least half of the meeting [i.e. to account for possible tardiness and/or early departure], and one must be ready to engage him/herself mentally as well as physically.
