In October 2011, Voices for Change students served as volunteers at the HCPSS / HCLS Youth Empowerment Summit. Middle School Students from all over Howard County gathered to learn and discuss topics relevant to bullying and tolerance as part of the 2011 Choose Civility Symposium.
